All products are described as accurately as possible. As some items are handmade or custom-built, slight variations in colour, finish, and materials may occur.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Orders must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. For custom orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Custom or personalised products are made specifically to your requirements. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
Please ensure all measurements, details, and specifications are correct at the time of ordering.
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery and adequate assistance if required for larger items.
Risk in the product passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
Proper care and maintenance of products is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or the cost of having the product repaired or replaced.
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All designs, images, and content remain our property and may not be reproduced without permission.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always apply to orders placed with us.
